At SDI, one of our managing partners is assigned to each project and serves as the direct contact person for our clients. Our company possesses extensive experience in the civil engineering and land surveying profession having been in business since 1965. Our professional expertise encompasses sanitary sewer mains, pump stations and force mains, water main and storm sewer designs, roadway and drainage design, Chesapeake Bay and stormwater management plans, LID (low-impact development) and Integrated Management Practice design, site development and grading plans, erosion and sediment control plans, and land and topographical surveys.
