Virginia Chilton opened Weddings by Ginny to satisfy her love of making people happy and her excitement in seeing a bride's dreams come true on her special day. Her business has evolved over the years from just creating beautiful wedding cakes and coordination to providing complete wedding packages including exquisite bridal flowers, ceremony and reception decorating, balloon work, a retail store front and as an official Marriage Officiate.
