Thyme Out's staff has over 30 years of combined catering experience. Our staff consists of food service professionals that are trained to serve you the customer. Terri Adamek, our Catering Director, will help create a menu for your special event. From boxed lunches intimate dinners for 10 - 10,000. Thyme Out will create a "Thyme" to remember.

Chef Michael MasonOur corporate chef, Michael Mason, is a graduate of Johnson & Wales. Mike has worked for several fine dining establishments including the Butlery, Aviary, Le Maire and Westwood Country Club. With over seventeen years of experience, Mike will help create a menu to suit your catering needs.
